Aromild™ is a yeast extract high in natural nucleotides giving strong lingering umami taste. It gives balance, body, mouthfeel, smoothness and is very neutral in taste making it suitable to apply in a wide variety of foods.
Ajitop™ is a yeast extract high in natural glutamic acid providing a direct front impact enhancing spices, very suitable for soups, sauces and snack seasonings, also effective for salt reduction.
Ajirex™ is a yeast extract with the ideal combination of special peptides, amino acids and nucleotides giving body, fattiness, and enhancing many flavours, i.e. chicken and meat flavours. It is suitable for cost reduction and salt reduction.
Ajirex™NH is a unique yeast extract with extremely low levels of free amino acids and nucleotides, offering no umami, no yeasty or bouillon taste, and an extremely neutral flavour. It is suitable for beverages, dairy and sweet as well as savoury applications. The unique combination of special peptides and dietary fibres enhance creaminess, fattiness, mouthfeel, body, and masks bitterness and other off flavours, this product also enhances and stabilises anthocyanin colour.
